Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide sufficient notice or failure to show up (no-show) will result in a fee equal to 10% of the scheduled service cost.

Appointment Timing

We kindly ask that you arrive at least 5–10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. If, for any reason, you are running late, please call or email us to let us know.
